Issue: How to set the beastie up

Details:
The NRC Multigate hubs con be configured over a serial connection (Mac-style MiniDIN-8 connector, 19200 baud, 8N1), or (of its IP has been configured) via telnet or SNMP.

Useful commands:
IP <num>
NETMASK <num>
GATEWAY <num>
PRIVELEGE <password> (default password = "manager")
STATUS
PORT <num>
PORT <statistic>
